Vice-President Nuri Kamal al-Maliki, on Tuesday, Russian Ambassador to Iraq Maxim Maximov, he looks with some parties to form a government away from the quota.
"Maliki received today at his office the Russian ambassador to Baghdad and discussed ways of enhancing mutual cooperation in various fields and discussed the latest political and security developments in the region and the world," Maliki's office said in a statement received by the agency " .
He added that "our vision for the next stage is to form a harmonious government away from the principle of quotas and has an ambitious program that sets priorities to provide services and continue development and maintain the security and stability of Iraq and establish strong relations with the countries of the world on the basis of mutual interests and mutual respect and non-interference in internal affairs" Finished
