    Shafaq News / Revealed Ihsan al-Shammari, adviser to Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, on Saturday, that the latter has all his powers until the formation of the next government.
    Al-Shammari told Ashqaf News that "the power is not limited, and up to pass the legislation of a law and send it to the next parliament."
    "The government is turning into a caretaker government or limited powers in two cases, that is to dissolve parliament itself, or by withdrawing confidence from the government."
