    Baghdad today - Baghdad
The government spokesman, Basem Al-Awadi, revealed today, Tuesday, that there is government work to prepare the formulations for the new salary scale for employees.
Al-Awadi told (Baghdad Today) that "the first paragraphs of the government program is the fight against poverty, and therefore the amendment of the salary scale falls within this context."
He stressed, "The Prime Minister is working to alleviate the burden of the employee, and the ministries are concerned with submitting their proposals in this context for the purpose of presenting them to the Prime Minister."
Last Thursday, the Parliamentary Finance Committee revealed the latest developments in the salary scale for employees, "noting that" the Sudanese government withdrew the draft law that was sent by the previous government for the purpose of amending it, and the committee is awaiting its arrival soon.
The head of the committee, Atwan Al-Atwani, said in a previous statement to (Baghdad Today), that: "The new peace will reduce the differences in salaries between ministries within the joints of risk and some allocations."
He explained, "The risk of some ministries and other allocations will rise, because it is not correct for him to be an employee in this ministry with a certain degree taking a job less than his peers with the same degree in another ministry, and therefore the ladder expected to reach the committee will address these points."
Regarding incentives in some ministries, Al-Atwani said, "This matter does not enter the salary scale because it is within the competence of the productive and self-financing departments."
