The leader of the Sadrist movement Moqtada al-Sadr not allowed to run Iraq from what he described as "from behind the border.
"We will not allow Iraq to run from the border, north or south, east or west," Sadr said on Twitter."Iraq will be governed by purely Iraqi national designs, and by fair alliances passing through quotas ... Iraq is the highest word."
