29/7/2018 12:00 am [rtl] Baghdad / Haidar al-Athari The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research called on all universities in the country to address the critical cases of students of public and private colleges and institutes for the current academic year in the first round. The spokesman of the ministry, Dr. Haider Al-Aboudi, said in a statement to the "morning" that his ministry decided to address the critical cases of the students in the first round to give them the opportunity to move to the next school stage, adding that the treatment will be within the five degrees of resolution, pointing out that this decision Critical grades close to success will address the transition from complementary to successful. Al-Abboudi pointed out that the five resolutions of the decision can be used in more than one article and during the two rounds to ensure full use of the decision points.
