- According to a member of the Liberal bloc MP from the Sadrist
movement Mohammad Reza Fawzi, that al-Maliki will have to pass laws on
the table in the Iraqi Council of Representatives, as a general amnesty
law and the financial budget for the year 2013.
Fawzi said in a
statement to "Khandan": the political blocs that big is controlled by
the House of Representatives and a private coalition of state law,
because it owns (89) seats, noting: "The deputies of state law remain
within the Council meeting and vote on laws if approval and consistent
with Federal government policy, but if they violate policy, they come
out of the meeting to disrupt quorum. "
He pointed, that "there
are some laws, will have to Maliki and his bloc" state law "to vote,
such as a general amnesty and the financial budget for 2013 and the laws
of many other", adding: the government does not have a choice but to
passage of laws that concern the people, or they will face the people in
this case, the government would fall.
