Iraq's central bank's foreign currency sales rose to $ 126.42 million on Tuesday, against $ 116.57 million on Monday, at $ 9.84 million.
In a statement received by Mawazine News, the bank said that "sales of foreign currency rose in transactions Tuesday to 126.42 million dollars, compared to sales of 116.57 million dollars on Monday; about 9.84 million dollars," noting that "the exchange rate Amounted to 1190 dinars per dollar, in the auction held with the participation of 30 banks. "
The statement added that "these sales are the results of the auction on Wednesday," explaining that "the total sales totaled 150.41 million dollars."
He pointed out that "the volume of funds sold to strengthen the bank balances abroad, amounted to 125.73 million dollars, while the total cash sold at about 24.69 million dollars," noting that "the sale of amounts transferred to the accounts of banks abroad at the price of 1190 dinars per dollar, The cash will be at the same price. "
