The deputy of the construction coalition Qusay Abbas, that a book directed by the government reached the Parliament through its representative in the Council Turhan Mufti, where the book requested the government not to return the budget to the Council of Ministers and the formation of a joint committee between parliament and the government to make amendments to the budget.
He added that the government's move faced rejection within parliament, because Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi is supposed to assume his responsibilities, as the budget must be consistent with the program that he established, because the budget prepared by the previous government.
