He added that the parliamentary finance committee will make a comprehensive amendment to the budget and all its details in order to equate all the provinces according to the population census and need for projects.
"The required amendments are the addition of all government imports, such as hospitals, customs, refineries and other revenues and not counting the budget only on oil," Khalidi explained, "noting that" the budget amendment needs an additional three months to pass.
