"The return of the civil government to the province of Kirkuk is necessary," he said, adding that solving political and economic problems in Iraq is not an easy matter.
A statement by the media office of Mullah Bakhtiar said that he received his house in Sulaymaniyah, British Ambassador to Iraq Jonathan Walks and British Consul General Martin Warr. Bakhtiar talked about the political and economic problems in Iraq, which do not seem to be a treat.

Bakhtiar said that it is necessary to work in Iraq to carry out the duties imposed on everyone, despite the existing situation, noting that it is also necessary to accelerate the formation of a government in the Kurdistan Region.
He added that he is not sure that the war in Iraq is over because the Iraqi environment is a dangerous environment, as it is in Syria. Throughout history, it has been the center of the problems of the Middle East. They can change regimes such as internal unrest.
