The Federal Court consolidates the political representation of Yezidis and Sabians

The Supreme Federal Court has issued rulings establishing the representation of Yezidis and Sabians in the House of Representatives, asserting its keenness to preserve the rights of all Iraqi factions. The
official spokesman of the court Ayas Acommok in a press statement: "The Federal Supreme Court pays great attention to the issue of the rights of the components of Iraq."
He added Acommok: "The court considered the claims relating to the components of the Iraqi and issued verdicts maintained through which the representation in the Council House of Representatives , "he said, adding:" The court stressed the need to fit Yezidis parliamentary seats with the souls of the component, as it made it allocated for the component Sabian Mandaean parliamentary seats within a single electoral district , similar to the Christian component. "
