He pointed out that "there is no jurisdiction over the Iraqi law on those who have not committed a crime inside Iraq except for Al-Dawash, whether their crimes inside or outside Iraq, as affecting Iraqi national security."
He added that "Iraqis belonging to the Daash, whether they committed their crimes in Iraq or Syria, are subject to Iraqi law."
Abadi continued, "The foreigners, if they are ordinary criminals, there is no jurisdiction for the Iraqi judiciary on them, unless they commit a crime inside Iraq, while al-Daashi including the foreigner, he is tried inside Iraq, because the crimes of terrorists affect the security of the state, even if not located inside Iraq."
The security information cell, announced last Sunday received the Ministry of the Interior 280 terrorists - so far - in gangs calling for the forces of Syria's democracy (Qd)), which arrested a large number of reasons inside Syria and of multiple nationalities, including Iraqis and the number of more than 500 detainees.
