The Council of Ministers raises the ceilings of housing lending and extended its repayment

The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced on Sunday the approval of the Council of Ministers to lift the ceilings and the length of lending to the Housing Fund to alleviate the burden on citizens and commensurate with the economic situation of the country.
A statement to the secretariat and read by "Economy News", "The amendment provided for the increase of the ceilings of the amounts of lending to be in the center of Baghdad, the amount of 50 million instead of 35 million dinars, and in the districts and districts of Baghdad, the amount of 40 million dinars instead of 30 million dinars, either In the center of the provinces will be the ceiling of housing lending 40 million instead of 30 million dinars, and in the provinces and provinces of 35 million instead of 30 million dinars.
He added that "the decision also provided for the increase in the ceiling of lending to 20 years instead of 15 years for borrowers of the employees of the state-funded homeland and insured on the amount of loans granted to them by the Iraqi insurance company in accordance with the ceiling of pensioners aged 42 years and above."
"The decision comes from the Iraqi government to eliminate the housing crisis," the statement said.
