    [size=45]And the Council of Ministers decided, in its regular session held today, Tuesday (April 11, 2023), headed by Prime Minister Muhammad Shia’a Al-Sudani, to approve the recommendations of the Ministerial Council for Social Services, which included that the Federal Service Council be guided by the database located in the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs / Department of Labor and Vocational Training. For the unemployed, who number (1,589,556) unemployed, for the purpose of “absorbing them and creating job opportunities for them to reduce the unemployment rate and improve their economic and living conditions,” according to a statement by the Prime Minister’s Media Office.[/size]

    [size=45]The Council of Ministers approved that the Ministry of Finance would finance an amount of five hundred thousand dollars to the Civil Aviation Authority to contract with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) for the purpose of developing and rehabilitating Baghdad International Airport. Excluding the contract with the aforementioned institution from the instructions for implementing government contracts No. (2 of 2014).[/size]

    [size=45]Third / Approval of the draft law of the second amendment to the law on personal liability insurance for employees of state departments and the public sector No. (47) of 1990, which was audited by the State Council, and referred to the House of Representatives, based on the provisions of the constitution, taking into account the opinion of the Ministry of Finance and the General Secretariat of the Council The ministers described under the legal department memorandum.[/size]
