face of the Iraq Center for Legal Development, on Tuesday, a letter to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives on the constitutional violation the provisions of Article (135) contained within the door of the transitional provisions in the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq on the follow - up work of the Supreme National Commission for Accountability and Justice process.
The Center revealed the existence of explicit constitutional provisions and other legal provisions contained in the Commission's law indicating the association's association with the House of Representatives and its responsibility in formulating its policies or determining its tasks or evaluating its work and monitoring and even accounting if necessary through legislation and decisions issued by the Council.
PCHR pointed out that the Constitution has obliged the House of Representatives to dissolve the Commission and end its work by enacting a law that stipulates that it should be explicitly included in the trial of the elements that have been committed against Iraq and its people. He called on the Council to remedy the continuous failure of the provisions of a transitional article for thirteen years Legislation.
