(Reuters) - Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi announced on Sunday that there was a list of candidates to end the agency's work portfolio.
"The research is still going on within the Council of Ministers and political blocs to end the file of agencies and we have lists of candidates for the termination of government positions by proxy," Abdul Mahdi said at a weekly press conference attended by Mawazine News.
He added that "the issue of appointments by proxy because of political quotas and we seek to address the disadvantages despite the pressures we face."
On the other hand, Abdul-Mahdi, said that "the Kirkuk bombings were disturbing for us, but young media exaggeration and exaggeration of the ongoing security events."
He pointed out that "the security situation in the country is sensitive and is not likely to be exploited politically," noting that "there are political differences, but it is incorrect to exaggerate and make them a source of threat to social peace."
