    [rtl]The member of the Committee on Integrity Parliamentary, Khalid al-Geshmi, warned of the sharing of positions through quota quotas rather than competencies and the replacement of a deep state with another. Calling on the Prime Minister to avoid keeping positions by proxy.[/rtl]
