The Labor, Social Affairs, Migration and Displacement Committee in the House of Representatives has allocated 445 billion dinars to support stability and the return of displaced persons to their areas of origin.
The deputy head of the committee, Hussein Said Al-Sarifi, said that "the file of displaced persons is large and needs funds for the purpose of closing," noting that "the Prime Minister promised to close the file and displacement camps."
He added that "the lack of funds are hindering the closure of this file, in addition to the political side in Sinjar or Jarf al-Nasr, which needs to focus fully on the solution."
Al-Srifi said that "the government allocated 445 billion dinars and transferred to the provinces to support the stability of return," noting that "the Committee of the displaced in the House of Representatives follows all the files of exchange of the provinces to which the amounts transferred."
