He pointed out that "Iraq would emerge from Chapter VII is a replay of the prestige of the Iraqi state, after the right of the former regime damage the prestige of Iraq, and Iraq has fulfilled its obligations to pay 41 billion dollars to Kuwait in compensation for war Iraq and Kuwait, where pay for the Iraqi people as a result of the policy of the former regime reckless."

I will get this emailed out to all shortly too show this should of been the way things went down after VII was lifted, by the Kurds understanding. 

Problem was, the Kurds don't run the show and possibly were had by the central as seen the whole time starting with Shsbibi's removal. That's my opinion.

There ya go!! and by the way...I give a care less who's Right!!! at best 10 more years about 50 % of us will be talking to ourselves while the nurse changes our diapers! no matter what the CBI WB GOI DFI JACKALS SANTA CLAUSE OR BUGS BUNNY DOES....

10 more years is better than not at all and....probably right about the diaper changing cause by then, eberything will be looser. Lol
