{Politics: Al Furat News} President of the Republic Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid confirmed today, Sunday, that the strategic partnership between Iraq and the United States is essential to achieving regional stability.
The media office of the President of the Republic stated in a statement received by {Euphrates News}, that "the latter received in the Baghdad Palace, Alina Romansky, the US Ambassador to Iraq, on the occasion of the end of her work duties."
The President of the Republic expressed his "wishes to Romanski for success in her upcoming mission," stressing "the importance of strengthening the strategic partnership between the two countries, especially in the energy, education and economic sectors, in addition to the political and security fields."
For her part, Romansky stressed "the continuation of joint cooperation between the United States and Iraq in all fields that serve the interests of the two countries and contribute to the stability of the region.
