    [size=45]The Director General of the Department of Research and Studies stressed during the speech at the workshop, the importance of harmonizing national legislation with the United Nations Convention against Corruption, noting the distribution of tasks in the national strategy to combat corruption submitted to the Supreme Council against Corruption; for the purpose of submission to the Council of Ministers for approval, On the one hand, advocating community organizations to unify efforts and diagnose negative phenomena and provide the Authority with the suspicions it has identified in the governmental sectors, confirming the assignment of a team from the Department to register Indicators of low levels of corruption in the ministries, in cooperation with the offices of inspectors in all state institutions.[/size]

    [size=45]The workshop stressed the importance of the role of the work of community organizations for the next stage, especially in supporting the National Integrity and Anti-Corruption Index, following up on investment projects in the governorates, activating community control over the performance of the provincial councils, reviewing mechanisms to address corruption manifestations, activating the role of civil society, and emphasizing the harmonization of legislation. National Convention with the United Nations Convention against Corruption, the importance of the adoption of graft laws and the right to information and witness protection, highlighting the main obstacles through an electronic review of the axes of the national strategy, pointing out that The present work is an introduction to an integrated program of work that adopts scientific and practical standards.[/size]
