Member of the Council of Commissioners Faten Al-Halfi confirmed that the Council of Ministers approved the adoption of the proposals submitted by us in the file of women in the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights on the support of the draft law survivors Yezidi in addition to other survivors of the rest of the components.
"We have already submitted our remarks within the draft law on the inclusion of the remaining survivors of the injustice of ISIS from the other components (Turkmen, Christians and networks)," the alliance said in a statement. "In the areas that have been subjected to the injustice of the terrorist gangs (Daesh), as well as to give the Yazidi religious jurist the right to give an opinion on the children of the survivors."
Al-Halafi praised the fruitful cooperation and the response of the Prime Minister and the General Secretariat of the Prime Minister in adopting legal remarks in fairness to the rights of all victims.
