Fatima .. A virtual employee serving the customers of a Bahraini bank
Economy News - Baghdad:
In one of the most exciting and visible applications of AI in the future of jobs, ABC Bank, a Bahrain-based company, has announced the launch of Fatima, a digital employee who will serve the bank's customers.
Fatima is a digital virtual employee who serves clients independently and will learn and gain experience from her dealings with the bank's pioneers through artificial intelligence.
According to a statement from the bank, Fatima, who will serve all customers of the bank through digital platforms within the framework of the "Digital Bank" will respond to each of the customers individually, taking advantage of previous experiences, combining artificial intelligence with human social intelligence.
The employee, who said the bank will start work soon, will rely on "a digital mind enhanced by Fatima's artificial intelligence" to communicate personally with customers.
As part of her work with ABC, Fatima will collaborate with the team responsible for the Digital Bank, which will be launched at the end of the year to serve customers.
The statement explained that the development of the employee Fatima was in cooperation with the company, "SoulMachines," based in New Zealand and working in the field of science and technology.
“The move is a very important milestone in ABC's drive to achieve its commitment to lead digital innovation in the banking sector in the region,” said Sael Al Waari, Executive Vice President, ABC Group.
Greg Kross, head of business at SOLMachines, said Fatima was the company's first digital virtual human being to design with DNA.
