Internationally prohibited gas, live bullets and snipers are the means of Iran and Abdul Mahdi militias to suppress demonstrators

Pro-Iranian militias and Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi continue all illegal and internationally prohibited means to suppress demonstrations by the Iraqi people.
Activists on social media have revealed that gas used by security forces and militias against demonstrators is "internationally prohibited."
The activists cited sources they said were credible. "After scrutiny, the gas used by the government against the unarmed demonstrators turned out to be the internationally banned Admist gas.
Activists added that "the gas causes vomiting, abdominal pain and burning in the skin and may expose the person to death, while appealing to the United Nations and international humanitarian organizations to intervene immediately."
The activists stressed that "the government of [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/82334/%D8%B9%D8%A8%D8%AF %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D9%87%D8%AF%D9%8A][size=13]Abdul-Mahdi[/url] is killing innocent people in cold blood, through the use of internationally prohibited gas as well as firing live bullets at the demonstrators.
Citizens reported that Sadr City was attacked with light and medium weapons and the internationally banned Edmist gas on Al-Mudafnain neighborhood in front of Imam Ali Mosque and Sector 1 and 2.
Security forces sealed the entrances and exits of Sadr City east of Baghdad to block the demonstrators from heading to Tahrir Square in the center of the capital.
The number of casualties increased in the exhibition area of Habibiya within the said city and appeals to send ambulances there.
For his part, MP Ahmed al-Jubouri, that there is an operating room led by an assistant Qasim Soleimani, named Haj Hamid and followed by snipers who target protesters, and conspiracy to kill peaceful protesters.
Jubouri added that "the crowd of demonstrators began to move towards the liberation squares and Andalusia and aviation and the demonstrations will be bigger and stronger than before, because of the government crackdown and killing of demonstrators by snipers, who were in the highest buildings near the places of demonstrations."

There have been violent protests in [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] since Tuesday, starting from Baghdad to demand better public services, job creation and fighting corruption, before spreading to southern provinces.
