, The Parliamentary Legal Committee clarified, on Wednesday, the constitutional procedures required to be followed by Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi to present his ministerial curriculum to Parliament.
Member of the Committee, MP Hussein Al-Oqabi said, "The constitution obligated the prime minister-designate to present his cabinet cabinet and the platform of his government within a maximum period of 30 days." On the government curriculum. "
Al-Oqabi added, "The cabinet and the government curriculum require the approval of a majority of members of the House of Representatives, in order for the Prime Minister and his ministers to be sworn in."
