Ahmed Hama said, in an interview with (Baghdad Today), that "the border outlets are the door through which the new Prime Minister can fight the corruption that exists in the country," noting that "the director of the border outlets, Kazem Al-Oqabi, disclosed to the Finance Committee during his hosting of more than 5 border outlets in the south, which cannot be controlled, especially in the afternoon, as they are under the control of armed groups.

The deputy of the Construction Alliance, Hussein Arab, had called the Supreme Council for Combating Corruption, which acknowledged the existence of irregularities and problems in the outlets, to "fight against the illegal sharing of gangs and the acquisition of the outlets."
