Shiite blocs are seeking to choose a candidate for prime minister by voting .. and leaks, according to the presentation of nine new candidates

The British newspaper "The Independent" revealed a proposal to choose a candidate for prime minister by voting, noting that the number of candidates for prime minister reached nine candidates.
The newspaper said in a report, "While leaks indicate the release of nine names being searched among the main Shiite forces, they have not been revealed so far."
She indicated that deputies are likely to reach these forces agreement on the next candidate before the end of the constitutional period.
The newspaper added that the main Shiite forces, which are the blocks of "walking, conquest, rule of law, wisdom and victory", may subject the candidates to a vote within it, and whoever has the highest number of votes is nominated for the position.
Representative of the Alliance of Victory Nada Shaker Jawdat confirmed that the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, is bound by the date set for assigning the new Prime Minister, indicating that the names previously proposed were put forward among the political blocs to choose one of them.
Jawdat said in a press statement that the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, is committed to the constitutional deadlines for choosing the new prime minister after his dialogue with the political blocs.
She added that the previously presented names, such as Mohamed Shiaa Al-Sudani, Mustafa Al-Kazemi and others, are currently being circulated without offering any new name to head the government.
Jawdat explained that the political situation in the country does not need further procrastination, especially with the resignation of Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi, who has delegated most of his powers to his deputies.
While the MP revealed the stream of wisdom, Hassan Faddam, a new parliamentary movement formed by young deputies from the Shiite blocs, they set new specifications for the prospective prime minister.

He explained that the specifications include being a young person and within the career service according to the retirement law, and that he is from the interior and does not have any dual nationality, as well as his name was not presented as a candidate in the past, and that he is not rejected or controversial, in addition to other specifications.
And support, he pointed out, that these young deputies formed a front in the parliament, and began their work on Friday with a meeting of Shiite political leaders, to communicate the idea that any candidate who does not meet these specifications will be rejected by them inside Parliament, regardless of their blocs.
He pointed out that meetings are continuing between political leaders since Muhammad Allawi’s apology for assigning the prime minister to this day, and several names have been proposed, some of which have been excluded, while others are under study by political parties.
