    Baghdad - The New Morning: The
    victory coalition headed by Haider al-Abadi confirmed his participation in choosing a candidate for the next government, bearing six future proposals, including holding early elections.
    A statement issued by the coalition said: "In light of our duty towards the people and the state, the victory coalition participated and participates in meetings and consultations with political forces, community elites, and square activists in order to find a national solution to the current crisis."
    The Victory Coalition affirmed that “What is always important to him and emphasizes is related to the criteria for selecting the taxpayer and the tasks of the transitional phase.
    1 - Patriotism, neutrality and impartiality in charge of governance.
    2- The taxpayer forms a mini government to manage the transitional period, the age of which does not exceed one year from the date on which it assumes responsibility.
    3- The tasks of the next government are to hold early and fair elections, with a UNAMI partnership, no later than 12/31/2020, to control security, to confine arms to the state, and to bring the perpetrators of the demonstrators and security forces to justice, and the neutrality of the national decision.
    4- Obliging the Prime Minister-designate to form a government out of abhorrent quotas while maintaining representation of national societal diversity.
    5- Engaging professional competencies and government activists, and appointing an advisor to the Prime Minister for mass demands, to ensure the public’s involvement in managing the transition.
    6- Forming special committees (tripartite) from the government, the UNAMI and the demonstrators, to supervise the following tasks: conducting the elections, the investigation committees for the killing of the demonstrators and the security forces.
