, a member of the House of Representatives for the Alliance of Forces, Muhammad al-Karbouli, confirmed on Thursday that the blocs that adopted the interpretation of the court in 2010 themselves are objecting to it in 2020.
Karbouli said in a tweet on Twitter, "The dispute over the interpretation of the Federal Court and the constitutionality of the mandate goes back to its roots. Until the year 2010, when the Federal Court interpreted the term "the largest bloc" as a strange interpretation, which may be the only one in the world to open the door broadly, as for interpretations, noting that "the political blocs that adopted the interpretation of 2010 are the same ones who object to the interpretation of the Federal Court in 2020".
He added: "Will the origin of the problem be addressed and the path and legitimacy of the Federal Court and its constitutional interpretation will be corrected or will we hear other explanations that complicate the political scene." Ended 29 / h
