    Al-Kazemi spoke in his government program about the priorities that issue, the most prominent of which is the holding of "early" elections, harnessing the state's capabilities to fight Corona, and adding to it more urgency for construction and rhetorical luxury, such as opening a comprehensive dialogue between political blocs, protecting Iraq's sovereignty, combating corruption, and consolidating citizenship values.

    In the second axis, the situation became shorter on what he called the development and reform of security institutions and in the third axis he confined himself to talking about the formation of the Supreme Council for Reconstruction and Investment and the launch of a project by the government entitled "Made in Iraq."
    In the fourth axis, the government program focused on foreign relations, and in the fifth on combating corruption, and in the sixth axis, Al-Kazemi mentioned in his program a title that reminded us of the titles of books during the Abbasid era, which he called "Justice is a criterion for a successful state."
    The previous axis is not different from its brother, the sixth axis, which was entitled "Peaceful protest as a way to guide the state."
    Over the days that came after the formation of the Al-Kazemi government, the special team of Al-Kazemi, its advisors, its disciples, and Vespukyu were blind to the two real problems that Iraq suffers from, namely:
    1- Unemployment that can only be supported through the private sector
    2- Services that are not addressed by reducing the circles of corruption and granting competent people the management of projects.
    The Al-Kazemi government was preoccupied with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, emo, likes, shares and likes, most of it was busy working on the ground, although Al-Kazemi had a great opportunity if he worked with the mentality of a statesman and moved away from the advice given by some opposition friends and the rulers at the same time.
    The team very close to Al-Kazemi believes that they are able to swallow the state and its institutions
    while they forget that the circles surrounding the prime minister are usually like butter. They go and shriek and end unless they work for people and people.
    Therefore, the government program of the Al-Kazemi government will not be nothing but paperless ink, meaningless, or work!
