The government communication team formed a committee to activate electronic payment in pharmacies, indicating that (1,432) pharmacies were provided with an electronic payment device. The deputy head of the team, Adnan Al-Arabi, told “INA”: “The second meeting was held with the Pharmacists Syndicate in order to activate the Prime Minister’s directives regarding the electronic payment card in pharmacies and stores,” explaining that “the meeting resulted in more than 17,000 pharmacies being equipped with devices.” Electronic payment. While he pointed out that “the pharmacies that received electronic payment devices are approximately (1,423) pharmacies,” he expressed his hope that “with the formation of the committee, there will be oversight of pharmacies and activation of cooperation with citizens,” stressing that “another meeting will be held after a month to come up with the results and recommendations that "It was approved during this meeting."
