He indicated that "the Supreme Committee for Planning and Manpower Employment, headed by the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, the Undersecretary for Labor Affairs as a member and vice president, and the membership of the ministries' undersecretaries: finance, planning, oil, construction, housing and municipalities, health, education, transportation, justice, water resources, and agriculture, Industry and Minerals, Education, Youth and Sports, Electricity, Immigration, and a representative of the Iraqi Federation of Industries and the General Federation of Trade Unions in Iraq and
continued, "The committee is responsible for drawing up the general policy for employment and vocational training."
