"

He added, "The Iraqis have suffered for decades from hunger, deprivation, misery and Baathist terrorism, especially the families of martyrs and prisoners, and from sympathy and lived their suffering," noting that "the rudeness of the Saddam regime led it to encroach on the holy cities in Najaf and Holy Karbala, and its crimes burdened Iraq with debts, destruction and the violation of rights." The human being and pushed to the fragmentation of society and its institutions. "

The First Vice President stressed "the necessity to do justice to the pure blood and to protect the legacy of the honorable martyrs, such as the mass graves that the Baath seeks to obliterate," describing them as "a cry that scares tyrants and awakens the human conscience from its slumber."

He called on "state institutions to shed light and support programs on that unjust era," calling on the three presidencies and ministries to "support the law of the martyrs and inclusive classes with its provisions."

Al-Kaabi wagered on the people's awareness of rejecting the return of dictatorship and repelling the attempt to falsify and distort facts about the Baath crimes, stressing that "all of these crimes cannot be forgotten or erased, even if the time goes on as crimes against humanity, civilization and a decent life."
