    The MP for the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Arzo Mahmoud, discussed today, Thursday, with the Minister of Justice, Judge Salar Abdul Sattar, several files, including the crimes of the former regime.
    Mahmoud said, in a statement received by the "National News Center", that she met the Minister of Justice "in the presence of the Director of the Human Rights Department, Muhammad Turki, and during the meeting the crimes of the former regime in the Qalat Deza area, which witnessed the implementation of the Anfal crimes, the use of chemical weapons, and displacement, which are considered a flagrant violation of human rights." The human".
    During the meeting, the Minister of Justice confirmed, according to the statement, that "this issue will be part of the international resolution that the Ministry of Justice will hold in Geneva to define the crimes of the former regime against the Kurdish people."
    According to the statement, Mahmoud appreciated "the efforts made by the Minister of Justice for his interest and keenness in the cases of crimes of the former regime committed against the Kurdish people, which he considered part of the international resolution that will be discussed in Geneva in the near future."
