On Monday, Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein announced discussion of "important" issues with his Iranian counterpart, Muhammad Javad Zarif, who is currently on a visit to Baghdad.
Hussein said during a press conference, that "we discussed with the Iranian foreign minister issues of concern to the region," noting that "we reached important limits during discussions with the Iranian side."
He added, "We are following the negotiations between the American and Iranian side in Vienna."
He continued, "The Iranian Foreign Minister, Muhammad Javad Zarif, will visit Najaf Governorate and the Kurdistan region."
