[size=15]The Presidency of the Republic held, on Wednesday, an expanded meeting to discuss the draft law on recovering corruption proceeds.[/size]
[size=15]The Media Office of the Presidency of the Republic said, in a statement today (June 2, 2021), that "the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, is holding an expanded meeting on the draft law on recovering corruption proceeds, in the presence of the First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Hassan Al-Kaabi, the heads of the parliamentary integrity, financial and legal committees, and the President of the Republic." The Public Prosecution Authority, the Head of the Integrity Commission, and the Head of the Financial Supervision Bureau.[/size]
