Baghdad - Mawazine News,
the Parliamentary Legal Committee confirmed, on Sunday, that the government took advantage of the absence of the oversight role of Parliament to do what it wanted without accountability or oversight.
Committee member Salim Hamza said in a televised interview, which was followed by "Mawazine News", that "the government has made great and clear use of this opportunity, and it has started to do what it wants and decides what it wants without taking opinions."
Hamza added that "the House of Representatives is not only the largest authority of the government, but it is the largest legislative authority in the state, and its work is necessary, legislative and important for the state and for all the people." Ended 29/A 4
