The Strategic Center for Human Rights in Iraq revealed, on Thursday, that 3 million Iraqis did not receive their biometric cards.
In a statement received by Mawazine News, the director of the center's office in Baghdad, Hazem Al-Rudaini, said that "there are only 36 days left for the elections, and there is what is wanted for 3 million biometric cards not received by the voters."
Al-Rudaini called on all partners in the electoral process, including government institutions, the media, civil society and candidates, to “bear the responsibility of educating and educating voters to receive their cards, like the campaign during the modernization period, because owning the card is the most important to ensure broader participation.” Ended 29/A43
