Member of Parliament Jamal Cougar confirmed, on Sunday, that the next government will not be able to proceed like its predecessors by opening appointments, unless it undertakes real reforms, while the Federal Court ruling next Tuesday will determine whether there is a government and a budget in the near future.
Cougar said in a statement reported by "Al-Sabah" newspaper, which was seen by "The Information", that "the ruling of the Federal Court next Tuesday will determine whether there is a government and a budget in the near future, or not," adding that "the result will show the features of the coming period, and the nature of the circumstances that will transpire." To it is the process of forming the cabinet.”
Cougar blamed the federal decision to draw the next political stage, if the form of the next government is participatory and consensual, or with the logic of the majority and opposition.
He added that "the next government, for example, will not be able to proceed like its predecessors by opening appointments, unless it undertakes real reforms," noting that "opening appointments depends on the Federal Service Council doing its work according to correct mechanisms."
Cougar explained that "no government in the world can absorb all these graduates, and there is no solution to create job opportunities except by activating the private sector and supporting factories, factories and agriculture." finished/25
