    Information/Baghdad...
The representative of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Madiha Al-Moussawi, accused, on Tuesday, the caretaker Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi’s government of exceeding its powers, noting that the government had concluded “dangerous agreements” outside its powers.

. Al-Moussawi said, in a statement to "Al-Maalouma", that "many dangerous agreements entered into by the Al-Kazemi government outside its powers and will be held accountable for them within the dome of the House of Representatives."
She added, "All contracts concluded by the outgoing Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, have no legal and constitutional legitimacy," noting that "Al-Kazemi's government committed many wrong legal practices, represented by concluding agreements and signing contracts, and thus we may have violated the constitution and the law."
Representative Ali Turki Al-Jamali had previously stated that there is a parliamentary tendency to challenge the agreements and contracts concluded by the Al-Kazemi government because it does not have the authority to conclude them, stressing that the first steps of parliamentary oversight is to move to challenge the contracts and agreements established by the government. finished / 25 h
