Minister Plenipotentiary Nazdar Ihsan Shirzad, Chargé d'Affairs temporary, discussed in the Turkish capital, Ankara, with the Chairman of the Iraqi-Turkish Parliamentary Friendship Committee Huseyin Shanfrdi, increasing the volume of trade exchange between Iraq and Turkey.

Sherzad called, according to the statement, to activate the work of the Iraqi-Turkish Parliamentary Friendship Committee, and to work on everything that brings people closer between the peoples and officials of the two countries, and to exchange visits at the parliamentary level between Baghdad and Ankara; to promote common interests.
The Chargé d'Affairs affirmed that Iraq is open to all countries of the world, especially neighboring countries, expressing Iraq's adherence to good-neighbourly relations, moving them to joint working relations, and increasing the volume of trade exchange between the two
