, today, Sunday, Anbar Education Directorate set a condition for transferring lecturers to permanent staff, while indicating that the degrees of deletion and creation are entrusted to the Federal Public Service Council, and the directorate does not have the powers to install lecturers.
The Director General of the Governorate Education, Nafeh Hussein Ali, said that "the lecturers in the schools continue to receive the salaries specified in the law," noting that "the teaching cadres of the lecturers receive a salary of 250 thousand dinars, while the administrators receive 200 thousand dinars."
He added, "The Governorate Education Directorate does not have the powers to install the lecturers on the owners," noting that "the degrees of deletion and creation are linked to the Federal Public Service Council, through which the appointment is made in accordance with the law and the mechanism used by the Council."
He pointed out that "the Directorate is awaiting approval of the general budget for the year 2022, and in the event that we are empowered with powers of deletion and creation, we will compensate from the degrees of retired lecturers who have served more than five years, in appreciation of their great efforts in supporting the educational process throughout Iraq."
