    He added, "Only 400 families have been included since 2019 until now in Kirkuk, awaiting approval for the inclusion of more than 20 eligible families," noting that "the number of requests submitted to his department exceeded 42,000 families, including 25,000 families who do not meet conditions."     He explained that "after proceeding with the rounds by the social researcher, we excluded 25,000 applicants from a total of 42,000 undeserving families," explaining that "the transactions submitted to Baghdad will be subject to evaluation by the Ministry of Planning."
