The Federal Integrity Commission revealed today, Wednesday, the issuance of a summons order against the first deputy governor of Nineveh, against the background of his "committing something that violates the duties of his job."
According to a statement received by Mawazine News, "The Commission's Investigation Department, in its discussion of the recruitment order issued by the Nineveh Investigation Court, which is competent to look into integrity issues, indicated that the accused, the first deputy governor of Nineveh, was then authorized to manage the governorate council in addition to his position, appointing One of the people in the governorate council, despite the lack of a financial budget for 2020, as well as withdrawing financial advances, and authorizing others to sign the books of the governorate council, contrary to the law.
The department added, "The recruitment order, which was issued by the Nineveh Investigation Court, which is specialized in integrity issues, came based on the provisions of Article (331) of the Penal Code." Ended 29/N33
