And a statement by the Sadrist movement said, "The deputies of the Sadrist bloc sign their resignations, all without exception, in purified tenderness."
The statement added that the deputies "place it under the order of His Eminence, the leader, Muqtada al-Sadr, as long as his honor be."

On Thursday, Al-Sadr directed the Sadrist bloc's deputies to write their resignations from the House of Representatives in preparation for "instructing them to submit them in the coming days."
And a statement by the Sadrist movement said, "The deputies of the Sadrist bloc sign their resignations, all without exception, in purified tenderness."
