Shafaq News/ Today, Monday, the Federal Supreme Court rejected a lawsuit filed by Representative Alia Nassif against Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi and Minister of Transport Nasser al-Shibli.
A judicial source told Shafaq News Agency, that the Federal Supreme Court resolved today the issue of the testimony of the Minister of Transport, Nasser Hussein Al-Shibli, indicating that the court rejected the lawsuit filed by Representative Alia Nassif against the Speaker of Parliament and the Minister of Transport in addition to their jobs.
For his part, the media of the Iraqi Ministry of Transport stated, in a brief statement received by Shafaq News Agency, that the Supreme Constitutional Court resolved the issue of Al-Shibli's testimony and the lawsuit filed by Representative Alia Nassif against the Speaker of Parliament and the Minister of Transport, in addition to their jobs, was rejected.
