    , the Federal Integrity Commission revealed details of the convictions issued against the former head of the National Retirement Authority and the director of the global smart card company (Ki Card), after the Federal Court of Cassation accepted their request for a retrial.


    In a statement received by Alsumaria News, the Commission’s Investigation Department indicated that “the Central Anti-Corruption Criminal Court issued a judgment in the presence of imprisonment (one year and 9 months) against the convicts.[url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/819468733/%D9%87%D9%8A%D8%A6%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AA%D9%82%D8%A7%D8%B9%D8%AF/ar/]pension authority[/url]The former national and director of the global smart card company (QiCard) after their re-trial on the charge of the first convict taking a bribe from the second convict; A meeting to facilitate the business of (Ki Card) company[url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/819468733/%D9%87%D9%8A%D8%A6%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AA%D9%82%D8%A7%D8%B9%D8%AF/ar/]pension authority[/url]National”, indicating that “the ruling decision that was issued in accordance with the provisions of Resolution (160 of 1983) included imposing a fine of (10,000,000) million dinars on each of them.”






    The department added, "The Federal Court of Cassation - the second criminal body approved the convicts' request for a retrial after it found that it fulfilled the legal requirements, as it was based on one of the reasons stipulated in Article (270) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, due to the emergence of facts and submission of documents that were not conducted by the trial court." Its investigations regarding it,” referring to “the acceptance of the request for a retrial and the transfer of the case file to the court, in order to conduct the trial again, based on the provisions of Articles (270/4, 271, and 275) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.”

    . Al-Hikma imposed a fine of (10,000,000) million dinars on each of the convicts, and in the event of non-payment, they are imprisoned for a period of (9) months, to be executed successively.
