revealed, on Sunday, that an amount of (375,000,000) million dinars was spent by the director of Diwaniya Radio "in violation of the law," indicating that the operation took place "without exchange vouchers or the existence of any evidence to support that."
And the department reported, according to a statement received by Mawazine News, that "the contract concluded between Diwaniyah Radio with a company was seized," noting that "the amount spent as salaries for radio workers represents the value of renting a tower built on the radio building for a period of five years," noting that "The Commission announced at the end of last August the seizure of the Diwaniya Radio (FM) accounts official, for tampering with the radio workers' payroll lists, in addition to signing on their behalf."
And she added, "The staff of the office revealed, in a second operation, that the Diwaniyah Health Department spent an amount of (330,000,000) million dinars to equip the women's and children's hospital in the province with (10) preterm incubators whose purchase prices were exaggerated, in addition to the existence of a difference in origin from that mentioned in The supply contract,” indicating that “the incubators have been received, despite the existence of violations in the contract.”
The department indicated, "The director of state real estate in the governorate granted approvals to construct a gas plant on a plot of land, despite it being outside his authority, in addition to the fact that the plot is burdened with disposal rights for the stakeholders." Ended 29/N33
