Today, Wednesday, the Ministry of Finance announced the start of financing the salaries of civil and military retirees for the current month of February.
In a statement, the ministry called on "the management of the Rafidain and Rashid banks and the National Retirement Authority, to expedite the completion of procedures for paying the salaries of civil and military retirees, through electronic payment cards."
The Ministry of Finance called on all retired civilians and military personnel, who receive text messages, to review bank branches and automatic exchange outlets in Baghdad and the provinces to receive their salaries.
Meanwhile, the National Retirement Authority confirmed the start of paying the salaries of civilian and military retirees for the month of February.
