Minister of Health, Saleh Al-Hasnawi, announced today, Saturday, that Iraqi students won 54% of the first ranks at the level of Arab countries.
Al-Hasnawi said, on the sidelines of his participation in the meetings of the Arab Ministerial Council for Medical Specialties held in Jordan: "This forum is the first for the Council, and it witnessed the holding of a ministerial meeting of Arab health ministers, and there will be elections for the presidency of the Council tomorrow, Sunday."
He added, "On the sidelines of the meetings, the first students who won the first ranks from all Arab countries will be honored, in which Iraqi students won 54% of these ranks. This is a true honor for the Iraqi doctor and an indication of the size of the effort of Iraqi students and their teachers."
And he continued, "Iraq, and in order to strengthen the role of the health and medical sector, seeks to develop postgraduate studies, including the Arab Board, and we will present proposals to the Ministerial Council tomorrow in this regard." Ended 29 / H
